From yesterday's Campus Watch crime report:
Disorderly Conduct - Fighting, 3 counts (Bernard and Audre Rapport Bldg., #5 East Mall)
Two UT students and a non-UT subject were found engaged in a physical fight over which school had a better football team. Occurred on 9-4-04 at 5:57 pm.
Oh...my. Where do you suppose that non-UT subject is from? Note the time: 5:57 pm on Saturday. The UT/UNT game started around then...6 or 6:30 or so. Surely, it was an Aggie and not someone from UNT. Right? If it was someone from UNT, all I have to say is: wow. For those of you that don't follow UT football, the final score of the game that evening: U. of North Texas 0, U. of Texas 65. That's some deluded school spirit if it was a UNT fan. Well, I guess all three "subjects" were rather deluded (and/or drunk) if the discussion came to fisticuffs, eh? Heh.
