Hmmmm... How obvious is it that my "one photo a week" target has turned into a "one or two photos a month" sort of deal? Yeah, I thought so. The thing is, baseball season is upon me. Not to mention the fact that the Nido roundup page has taken on a life of its own. 'Seems like I'm constantly busy doing other web things and have less time than I'd hoped for this area. Ah well. Such is life.

The hot air balloon theme continues. The Creamland Dairy cow is surely a crowd favorite. The attention to detail are, as with all the other special shape balloons, truly impressive. I mean...check out that udder! This photo shows our favorite cow as she's taking her first leap of the day. I remember the first time I saw this balloon several years ago. It used to fly with a crescent moon balloon floating below the gondola so they had that "cow jumping over the moon" thing going. I wonder what happened to the moon? Did it cause problems when they were landing? Did it just float away on its own one day? Shrug. No telling.
